Black Rice Bran can help soothe inflammation: Study
A new study has pointed out that black rice may help alleviate inflammation.
In previous research identified the group as well as several potential health benefits from eating black rice bran.
Bran is the outer shell of the grain which is removed in the processing of brown rice to produce the familiar white rice.
These experiments were carried out in cell cultures, suggests that suppressed black rice bran caused the release of histamine, the inflammation.

A diet consisting of 10 percent of black rice bran reduces inflammation associated with allergic contact dermatitis, a common type of associated skin irritation.
